Sunday Morning Wake-up Call mainstay Rick Moore returns to the program’s reboot today. Rick’s guests are Matt Hodges, a loan officer at Presidential Mortgage Group and Jim Duncan, a realtor and partner at Nest Realty. Rick talks with Matt and Jim about the Charlottesville real estate market in 2015.
WPVC 94.7 is a new FM radio station serving the Charlottesville area. Founded by Jeff Lenert and Rod Howard the station plans to serve up a mix of progressive talk radio during the day and hip-hop music during the evening hours.
